MAKE-UP POLICY: Please check your calendars before you sign up for any of our clinic Sessions. At time of registration, you have made a commitment to attend the clinic for the duration. There will be no refunds, pro-rated sessions, or make-ups for classes missed.
INCLEMENT WEATHER CLOSING: We encourage you to please check the website for updates if you are uncertain whether GVRC is open or closed due to snow or other hazardous weather conditions beyond our control.
PHOTO RELEASE FORM: Download and consider signing our photo release form and see your name in lights – or rather your image on either our website or social media sites. GVRC believes our members are what truly makes us special, and we want to highlight you! Thank you in advance.
